For both recruiters and candidates, it’s tough journey to fill a role and find your next job. As a complement to your existing ATS, Caderre is designed to be a candidate facing version of your ATS. In the same way that recruiters can manage a hiring pipeline, move candidates through the process, take notes on candidates, and more, Caderre is built to keep candidates up to date in real time on where they stand in the hiring process, what stages there are in the hiring process, who’s involved, take notes on the interview, learn more about the interviewer, and more. 

 

How does it work? As a company, once you sign up for Caderre, you’ll be prompted to integrate with your ATS. Once you do so, we’ll pull through all of your open jobs into a Draft status on our platform. From there, you can add in details such as your company benefits, company culture, interviewer information, and information on what candidates can expect in each stage. After doing so, you can publish the job on Caderre and candidates will see where they currently stand in the process.
